Warranties

The warranty period begins from the date that the sale is completed and is non-transferable. It is applicable to products used for domestic use only. The warranty excludes commercial use.

Destination Furniture provides a minimum 12 months warranty on all goods in conjunction with the rights and remedies of the consumer outlined in the Australian Consumer Law.

Occasionally items may be advertised and sold with flaws at a discounted price. Consumer guarantees do not apply in such cases as adequate compensation has been agreed upon with the customer.

Returns

Change of mind

Destination Furniture does not refund or exchange a product if you found it cheaper elsewhere, have no use for it or if you decide you do not like it.

Faulty Goods

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, Destination Furniture will offer a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law depending on each unique circumstance.

If you believe you have a claim, please contact us with photographs and a detailed explanation at info@destinationfurniture.com.au so we can endeavour to find a solution as quickly as possible. Your receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
